Shipping and Returns Information


As of September 26, 2012:

Shipping Information: All shipping will be done through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. If you wish to ship through a different provider, please contact Love-Lea, LLC prior to placing an order.

Once your payment is recieved, items may take up to three business days to process. Once through processesing and your package has been shipped, it may take up to seven business days for the package(s) to be delievered to its final destination, i.e. your address.  

If you need to make any changes to your shipping information (i.e. change in recieving address, split mailings, etc). please contact Love-Lea, LLC prior to placing an order. Failture to do this before placing an order may result in your package being delayed or an additional fee for shipping.

Please note: If you are splitting shipments, such as shipping one order to two different addresses, you will be charged separate shipping fees for all addresses.

Returns: Due to the nature of the products, Love-Lea, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges unless the products were incorrect, missing, or damaged upon reciept of shipment. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they are home to recieve their packages from the USPS. If a package is returned to Love-Lea,LLC because of failure on the buyer's end to retrieve the package, there will be no exchanges or returns given. 

If there is a problem with any item upon reciept of the package (i.e. damaged items, missing items, or incorrect items, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact Love-Lea,LLC within ten days of recieving the package.  Please utilize the contact page to the right of the screen to submit information regarding a problem with the package and/or it's contents.

 Please note: It is up to the sole discretion of Love-Lea, LLC as how best to handle these types of situations. Please be assured that Love-Lea,LLC  stands behind its products and will do everything in its power to satsify the customer.
